Requirements
- STPM, Diploma/Degree in any field but preferably in IT
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities
- To provide technical support for AutoCount system (Accounting, POS & Payroll and related plugins) via phone call, WhatsApp & remote access
- to provide on-site/classroom training for new/existing customers, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- 5-Day work: Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
- Working place: The Earth, Bukit Jalil (Opposite Pavillion Bukit Jalil)
