Specialist teachers in our school work as a collaborative team, providing rich opportunities to transfer cross curricula skills, as well as ignite a love for learning in a range of curriculum areas. Our specialist teachers are experts in classroom management, intentionally creating structures required for effective instructional routines within their specific learning context. Our Japanese program is located in a classroom within our specialist block, with a sanctioned learning space where the cultural aspects of the program can be embraced. With ample access to kitchen facilities and an outdoor learning space, rich cultural experiences can be achieved.Our specialist programs provide an opportunity for our school through connecting our community. The languages program naturally lends itself to connecting our school with not only our school community through engagement events, but also a broader international community.
