Our client is a 140-year-old, global market leader in the building materials industry. They are dedicated to delivering excellence and generating value in innovative and sustainable ways, servicing both commercial and residential customers and clients.About the Role
This is a standalone position reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader located in Norwest. The hours of work are Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm with an hour for lunch.
Your duties include but not limited to the following
- Responsible for safe and accurate warehousing of Samples stock and all storage requirements of products
- Timely dispatch of marketing materials
- Picking and packing stock for shipment to customers
- Liaising and working closely with internal Marketing and Sales teams
- Liaise with all freight service providers
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience using a Bench Saw and Stand up Forklift is essential
- Have basic MS Office skills
- Previous material handling experience
