You will be joining the team in an exciting period of growth across the Australian and New Zealand regions.The ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Operations and Logistics Manager, you will liaise between suppliers, procurement, warehouse, sales and customer service to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to the Australian and New Zealand markets. This is a busy time for the business integrating the new brands into the operations including new systems and procedures. With local and worldwide assistance to get you up and running, you will be supported to achieve at your best. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Raise purchase orders in SAP and update as required
- Monitor open PO’s and deliveries to keep stakeholders updated
- Plan, coordinate and manage import and export documentation – international supply chain
- Coordinate and receipt of stock to warehouse
- Manage stock transfers between Australia and New Zealand
- Create new inventory items
- Maintain inventory trade pricing
- Liaise with Sales Managers for demand forecasts
- Inventory optimisation and maintenance within SAP
- Maintain supplier and 3PL relationships
- Promote continuous improvement

Previous experience would be ideal to enable you to hit the ground running. If you are a bit of an Excel whiz and enjoy some analysis work then this position will be a great fit for you! Formal qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain would be advantageous but not essential. To be successful in this position you will possess the following skills and experience;
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Exposure to peak season demand products preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills essential
- SAP experience ideally or similar ERP system essential
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player with a flexible attitude
