As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of ICI new build construction projects.As a Site Superintendent you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of ICI new builds. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the construction activities of multiple ICI projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Lead a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring proper resource allocation and coordination.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications, providing input and recommendations as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide updates on project status to management.

- A university degree or college diploma in construction or architectural technology, or project management is required
- Minimum 10+ years experience in the ICI construction industry preferred
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills

- Well organized and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent computer proficiency, especially MS Word, Excel, Project.
- Experience leading projects between $10M to $20M
