Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for customer service and team coordination? We’re looking for a motivated Service Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Seven Hills. Reporting to the Planning Team Leader, you’ll be key to ensuring smooth operations and top-quality service for our customers.About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the allocation and coordination of jobs for our in-field technicians. You’ll thrive in a busy team environment, building strong relationships and ensuring customer service excellence. This role is primarily office-based, but we offer flexibility to work from home on occasion.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily job assignments for field technicians and approved service agents
- Ensure customers are kept informed with scheduling details and progress updates
- Handle inbound customer service requests and planned maintenance tasks
- Resolve customer enquiries regarding new and existing service requests
- Plan and communicate service jobs, ensuring effective use of resources within budget and target parameters
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Sales/account management experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Experience with IFS and/or Pronto systems highly regarded
- Previous experience with area-based team diary management is a bonus
