Provision of a consultancy service in the speciality across the Health District and geographical region. - Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Registration: Current AHPRA Physiotherapy registration
Selection Criteria: * Demonstrated high level physiotherapy clinical skills and experience in Brain Injury Rehabilitation
- Ability to provide a consultancy service as needed to the wider geographic area or clinical network.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures and/or guidelines as well as the ability to provide advice to service managers to ensure maintenance of a high standard of care.
- Demonstrated high level and effective written & verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff.
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and teaching and clinical supervision and teaching of undergraduate/graduate entry level students.
- Demonstrated high level of knowledge and experience in Physiotherapy service delivery within a specialised inpatient setting
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning
