- Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for 350-400 employees
- Enter timesheets manually
- Manage onboarding, terminations, and final payments
- Calculate PAYG, tax, and superannuation
- Communicate with senior management regarding forecasts and reporting
- Address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in a standalone payroll officer role
- Proficient in manual payroll processes
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently
- Approachable with strong communication skills at all staff levels
- Must possess the right to work and be open to potential contract extension beyond 6 months
