We are recruiting for a leading independent kitchen showroom known for their exceptional service and bespoke kitchen designs. As they expand the business, they are looking for a talented and motivated Experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the showroom, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist in dressing and maintaining the showroom to showcase products effectively.
- Conduct design briefings with clients, both in the showroom and at their properties.
- Qualify, manage, and follow up on new and existing leads to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Developers, and Project Managers.
- Design and sell bespoke kitchens that align with customer budgets while exceeding their expectations.
- Survey properties to identify and address any potential design issues.
- Liaise with suppliers and installation teams to oversee project completion and ensure quality standards are met.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen design and sales.
- Proven track record of high sales performance.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong administrative and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the kitchen and appliance industry.
- Personable, flexible attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Proficiency in design software, preferably Compusoft Winner.
- Existing client base in property development is a significant advantage.
- Valid driving license.
