About the Company A well-established company specialize of precision manufacturer in various gears, this company support different sectors such as medical, office automation, automative and others. Job Responsibilities: To handle daily account transaction and assist in monthly closing. To assist in account payable e.g. issuing of cheque, prepare ad hoc payment, book-keeping and petty cash transaction. Manage inventory report and calculate closing stock value. Analyze and investigate any inconsistencies in stock cost or quantity Liaise and follow up with company secretary on preparation of Director Circular Resolution and other secretarial documents. Liaise with insurance company on matters related to travel insurance, medical card claims and insurance renewal. Assist in any other job as assigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements: Degree in accounting 3 years and above of work experience in manufacturing for accounting task Good time management Outspoken and good personality. At least meeting intermediate level of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point. Additional Information: Industry Gear Manufacturer Location Kajang, Selangor Working Hours 8:00am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
