Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, preferably majoring in Industrial or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ hands on experience in electronic design and development projects.
- Solid experience in production, quality / materials control under manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Full-Time position available.
- Able to join immediately is advantage.
Job Description:
- Define project scope and objectives while developing detailed work plans, schedule, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Liaise with all relevant parties and stakeholders, organize project teams, assign individual accountabilities and conduct project meetings.
- Set up milestones and monitor status of the projects including cost, timing and resources.
- Ensure completion of detailed schedules for projects from initiation to delivery and keep relevant parties updated of any deviations.
- Recommend and take actions to resolve problems on a timely basis.
- Instill best practices of project management processes and methodologies into the Company.
