We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects. Project planning and execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of projects to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.Team management:
Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.Budget management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place. Provide regular financial reports to management.Stakeholder communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.Quality assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.Risk management:
