- Project based work experience, ERP, logistics, warehousing, Microsoft Office
Responsibilities1) Ensures that the agreed production schedule for GDMal is carried out effectively and monitor the daily status.2) Co-ordinates the daily production figures and provides timely updates to SM of Planning, IM and WHS, and to Production as well, as to GD Munich and other stakeholders. Actively participates in the daily production meeting.3) Ensures effective utilization of all production equipment on a daily basis by preparing and chairing the Daily Planning Update.4) Actively participates in regular TEAM meetings with GD Munich and ensures that all production and scheduling issues are addressed effectively with the TOM and scheduling/planning HQ.5) Arranges with Tom the Project Meeting in advance and involve all production managers and executives for such meetings, and chairs the internal preparation meeting before the project meeting.6) Ensures that the materials are ordered and available in time for each new job and are agreed with the responsible production personnel7) To update the weekly material tracker and ensure the smooth running of jobs without any delays due to material delivery problems. The SM of Planning, IM and WHS must be informed immediately of any situations that may result in the late arrival of material.8) Ensures that the production schedule updates are downloaded and distributed each week and any changes are updated accordingly9) Ensures that he is proficient with SAP and that all records are updated accordingly.10) Gathers information to schedule preventive maintenance actions for all production related machinery and reports IT to SM of Planning, IM and WHS11) Prepares the numbering scheme and the pilot dataBenefits
