Position Details2 Year Contract | Part-Time at 0.8FTEHigher Education Officer Level 6 | $89,773 – $95,718 p.a. pro rata + 17% superannuationLocation: Alice Springs / Arrernte Country or Darwin / Larrakia CountryAbout the RoleThe People and Culture Advisor plays a key supporting role to the People and Culture Business Partner, assisting with a wide range of People and Culture (P&C) activities within Flinders University’s Rural and Remote Health division. This includes ensuring the effective implementation and operationalisation of all P&C policies and processes.Serving as the primary point of contact within Rural and Remote Health for P&C-related inquiries, the Advisor provides expert guidance on the Enterprise Agreement, as well as relevant policies and procedures.
