AxL SpA – Business Unit di Cesena – seleziona per importante azienda settore ristorazione collettiva:OPERAIO/A ADDETTO/A AI SERVIZI MENSALe risorse saranno inserite all’interno del centro di cottura e si occuperanno di:
- Preparazione e distribuzione dei pasti;
- Supportare le attività di cucina, come la preparazione di ingredienti e la pulizia degli utensili;
- Mantenimento della pulizia e dell’igiene degli spazi di lavoro;
- Collaborare con il team di cucina per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard di qualità;
- Assistenza nelle operazioni di confezionamento e stoccaggio dei pasti pronti per la distribuzione;
- Consegna dei pasti nel circondario con mezzo aziendale.
Si richiede:
- Esperienza pregressa in cucina, in ristorazione collettiva o mense;
- Preferibile Diploma Alberghiero o equipollenti;
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di cucina;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Flessibilità oraria;
- Patente B.
Si offre:
- Orario di lavoro: Part time 25 ore settimanali, dal lunedì alla domenica, con disponibilità nella fascia oraria 6.00-19.00;
- Tipologia contrattuale: Iniziale contratto di lavoro a tempo determinato con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
- Inquadramento: CCNL Pubblici esercizi (14 mensilità) – 6 livello. Retribuzione lorda mensile per full time da 1300 a 1500 euro.
- WELFARE EBITEMP – Sostegno: all’istruzione, asilo nido, maternità e al reddito; Tutela Sanitaria: rimborso previsto per ticket e spese odontoiatriche private, ricoveri, indennità di infortunio; Agevolazioni: prestiti personali, mobilità territoriale, contributo trasporto mezzi pubblici.
