As the Product Owner for the Data Enablement squad, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible developing new functionality on the Enterprise Data Platform. Your role will involve supporting the ingestion of new Commercial data sources, transforming and modelling data based on business rules, and establishing a new commercial analytics workspace. You will drive reporting enhancements and ensure that new data to all business units. By working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure that the data solutions deliver significant business value and support key commercial objectives.Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for the product, ensuring alignment across the business.
- Build and maintain the product backlog, engaging stakeholders and leading prioritisation through value/effort assessments, financial modelling, and customer experience improvements informed by research and analytics.
- Showcase data enablement product capabilities to support business initiatives.
- Lead product feature development and enhancements within an agile squad, from inception to delivery.
- Solve problems using design-led thinking, with a strong focus on the Commercial user.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Identify dependencies across Commercial initiatives and downline systems, resolving data blocks through collaboration.
The right person:
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics.
- Proven experience working within an agile delivery model (e.g. Scrum).
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to define a solution
- Track record of managing multiple projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
