The senior pharmacist will provide on-site leadership and work collaboratively with the network pharmacist to undertake a governance role for pharmacy services and is responsible for the strategic advancement, implementation and cost-efficient delivery of those services.Selection Criteria * Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Pharmacist.
- Demonstrated successful managerial and clinical experience in a hospital pharmacy
- Demonstrated high level ability to communicate with health care professionals and patients/clients
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a team of direct reports
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change
- Postgraduate qualifications relevant to hospital pharmacy practice desirable
