Description:1. Responsible for various controls and compliance initiatives designed to provide the assurance to the Audit Committee and senior management of the operating companies within the group.2. Manage the implementation of audit findings including the identification of issues and making recommendations to enhance the internal controls and improve the process/systems.3. Formulating the annual Internal Audit plan, table the plan to the Audit Committee for approval and organized the internal audit resources towards fulfilling the plan.4. Overseeing and executing the monthly audit activities which include special investigation, due diligence, forensic audit and follow-up review as requested by Audit Committee, Group and senior management.5. Review risk assessments of business unit exposures, identify risk, evaluate their potential impact and review the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s existing controls.6. In-charge to design operating company’s internal controls systems and compliance with policies, procedures, corporate governance as well as to identify causes of any uneconomic and inefficient practices.7. Identify activities subject to audit coverage, evaluate their significance, and assess the degree of risk inherent in the activity; in terms of cost, schedule and quality.8. Provide the organization and Audit Committee with quarterly and annual reports on the department activities.9. Maintain and oversee a professional audit team with sufficient skills and professional certification.REQUIREMENTS:· Professional Certificates such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, CRMA· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.· Minimum 10 years of working experiences as Internal Audit with at least 5 years managerial experience· Candidates must have experience as an Internal Auditor in the commercial world preferably in construction and property development industry· Strong spoken and written skills (English).· Sound analytical skill and able to work independently within a team environment.
