An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Hampshire, Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust Community Urology and Stoma Appliance Prescribing Service (CUSAP)We are seeking to recruit a band 8a (1 WTE) 37.5 hours Clinical Lead Advanced Nurse Specialist to prescribe all catheter and stoma products and their related items to people within Fareham, Gosport and Southeast Hampshire. They will take the lead on the planned service expansion across the wider Trust.The role requires a high level of competence in prescribing; specific knowledge of urology appliances is desirable. The aim of the service is to provide clinical support to patients and carers and provide support and information to other health care professionals and advise on appropriate appliance usage.
