Il nostro cliente è una solida azienda di produzione alimentare, in un’ottica di potenziamento dell’organico interno, ci ha incaricati nella selezione di un / una:JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICELa risorsa sarà inserita nell’ambito del Customer Service, all’interno della funzione Supply Chain, a diretto riporto della responsabile. Il contesto produttivo è una realtà alimentare, operante su mercato internazionale. La figura si occuperà di fornire assistenza ai clienti, garantendo un servizio efficiente e tempestivo.Ruolo e Responsabilità:
- Gestione pacchetto clienti (Italia ed Estero) dall’ordine alla fatturazione;
- Raccolta ed inserimento ordini su gestionale interno garantendo la corretta imputazione dei costi;
- Segue lo stato di avanzamento delle fasi produttive, informando il cliente rispetto alle variazioni rispetto alla conferma inviata;
- Controllo disponibilità prodotti con eventuali criticità monitorando quotidianamente l’evasione;
- Interfaccia con l’ufficio spedizioni ed il cliente per il ritiro della merce;
- Gestisce le richieste dei clienti nazionali ed internazionali via telefono ed e-mail come primo punto di contatto aziendale;
- Collabora con i diversi reparti interni per garantire adeguate e puntuali risposte al cliente;
- Fornisce supporto nel miglioramento continuo del servizio;
- Attività amministrativa e di reportistica (resi, reclami e problematiche);
- Attività di back office;
Riporto gerarchico: Responsabile ufficio commerciale e del dipartimento Supply Chain.Relazioni di funzione:Interne: colleghi interni.Esterne: clienti Italia & Estero, fornitori.Requisiti richiesti per partecipare alle Selezioni:
- Diploma di scuola superiore (preferibilmente in ambito linguistico o economico);
- Pregressa esperienza di 1-3 anni preferibilmente in contesti produttivi;
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Preferibile conoscenza della lingua francese;
- Ottimo utilizzo dei principali tools informatici;

- Precisione, organizzazione, resilienza
- Flessibilità, capacità di adattamento;
- Precisione e problem solving;
Sede di lavoro: Casorezzo (MI).Orario di lavoro: full-time 40 h settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì (flessibilità in entrata ed uscita).Tipologia contrattuale: contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con finalità assuntiva.Pacchetto retributivo: RAL 25 – 30 K (14 mensilità) + mensa aziendale + premio secondo accordo aziendale.L’offerta è rivolta a candidati ambosessi nel rispetto del D.lgs 198/2006 e ss.mm.ii. e dei Decreti legislativi n. 215 e 216 del 2003 sulla parità di trattamento.
