We’re looking for a proactive Project Officer to lead the refresh of our corporate intranet. This 12-month temporary role, at 24 hours per week, will see you working closely with internal teams and our external partner (ELCOM) to ensure smooth migration, content updates, and enhanced functionality. Your role will be key in providing ongoing support and training, ensuring the intranet remains a valuable resource for our staff.In this role you’ll:
- Oversee content migration to the updated intranet interface.
- Collaborate with content authors to review, update, or remove outdated information.
- Create user-friendly training materials (videos, guides, checklists).
- Audit intranet content and manage approval workflows.
- Provide regular project updates and address stakeholder feedback.
This is a part-time, 12-month position with a salary range of $79,222 to $90,806, plus 11.5% superannuation.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you’ll need to thrive:
- Experience in project administration or support, ideally in a digital or content-focused role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ELCOM CMS or similar platforms.
- A proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Training experience is a plus.
