La risorsa sarà inserita nel team amministrativo e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione della contabilità clienti e fornitori, compresa la gestione degli scadenziari
- Fatturazione attiva (Italia, UE ed extra-UE) e passiva (Italia, UE ed extra-UE)
- Gestione delle operazioni intra per vendite e acquisti
- Prima nota cassa e banca
- Registrazioni stipendi e movimenti correlati
- Gestione dei cespiti e ammortamenti
- Scritture di rettifica
Requisiti:
- Esperienza minima di 3 anni in ufficio amministrativo aziendale
- Ottima conoscenza delle pratiche contabili e amministrative descritte
- Precisione e capacità di lavorare in autonomia
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e preferibilmente di software gestionali contabili
- Diploma in ragioneria
Orario: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8:00/8:30 alle 17:00/17:30Retribuzione e BenefitCompenso: 24.000 € – 28.000 € per annoPrerequisiti
- Esperienza: Tra 24 mesi e 5 anni
