The role requires handing a wide range of administrative and HR tasks ,including managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and benefits coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills and a proven track record of executing HR strategies.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate training programs to ensure employees receive necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a Related field.
- Able to converse in Mandarin language
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and practices.
- Experience in recruitment, benefits coordination, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
