We are currently seeking a part-time Homelessness Case Manager to join our team in Rockhampton. We are looking for someone to provide case management support to people who are homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness or housed but at risk of homelessness. Case management is provided to people in their home, in temporary living situations, in supported housing, in a community setting or in a public space.Mandatory Requirements:
- Qualifications commencing from a Certificate IV in Social Services, Community Services or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar case management role and enrolment into a relevant minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Social Services, Community Services on contract.
