AxL SpA – Business Unit di Genova – seleziona per software house:HELP DESK – ASSISTENTE TECNICOSiamo alla ricerca di un Help Desk – Assistente Tecnico da inserire nel team di assistenza. Il candidato affiancherà un professionista con lunga esperienza e si occuperà di fornire assistenza di primo livello nella gestione dei ticket informatici relativi ai propri applicativi.MANSIONI:
- Ricevere e gestire le richieste di assistenza attraverso ticketing system;
- Effettuare una prima analisi dei problemi interfacciandosi con i clienti;
- Cercare di risolvere i problemi in autonomia, fornendo soluzioni tempestive;
- In caso di problematiche complesse, inoltrare la richiesta ai referenti per assistenza di secondo livello;
- Gestire i log per il troubleshooting e monitorare le soluzioni implementate.
REQUISTI:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni;
- Buone capacità relazionali con clienti e colleghi;
- Conoscenza di base della materia informatica, in particolare relativa a server per assistenza da remoto;
- Capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità.
SI OFFRE:
- Assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato;
- La RAL di inserimento sarà commisurata al livello di esperienza maturato nelle pregresse esperienze;
