The role is mainly night shifts but includes rotation onto day shifts within District Nursing and Palliative Care.At night, the team with the support of the Palliative Urgent Response Nurses provide urgent care and support to district nursing and palliative patients in crisis with the aim of maintaining care at home wherever possible.
