You will be empowered and supported to develop and shape our services to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people, leading and developing a team of highly capable and ambitious managers to perform at their best.This role sits as part of the Care Leadership Team, alongside other brilliant people so you will have lots of peer support, opportunities to stretch your own skills and talents and develop your career.No two days will be the same, but each week starts and ends with a whole Care Leadership Team catch up, sharing risks, plans and successes.
