We are seeking a new Head of Housing Management, to lead on delivering excellent housing management services to our 8,800 council tenants and our Careline service.

- A strong track record in social housing management
- Understanding of the Social Housing Regulatory framework and the importance of tenant engagement
- Excellent leadership, communication and change management skills

The immediate priorities for this role include:
- Improving voids performance
- Shaping the future of housing support and antisocial behaviour services
- Preparing for inspection by the regulator
- Streamlining processes and governance
Additional information
Your main base will be at the Stonegravels depot and you will often be required to attend meetings in Chesterfield Town Hall. We regularly hold meetings virtually via Teams and it will be possible for you to work from home occasionally to suit your individual work life balance requirements, however the nature of the role means you would be expected to be in the office most of the time.
You will need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle.
