About the roleAre you a highly organised with an eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-passed finance or administrative environment?This is your opportunity to join a high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction processing team in our Finance division.DLGSC is seeking to establish a pool of Finance Support Officer’s for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made as vacancies arise over the next twelve months from the initial date of appointment from this pool.We have two permanent, full time (75 hrs p/f) position available.As Finance Support Officer you will assist the wider Finance team to meet DLGSC’s and wider portfolio agencies transactional financial management requirements.We are looking for people who:
- Provide quality customer service in processing a high volume of accountable payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Ensure processing is in accordance with accordance with taxation legislation
- Ensure consistency and are detail oriented
