This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in high-volume supplier invoice processing. If you’re a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Key responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process supplier invoices, credit notes, expense claims, and payment runs into our accounting system.
- Maintain daily cash books and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and reconcile various ledgers to ensure balance accuracy.
- Assist the finance team with a variety of ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Skills and experience:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- A positive and collaborative attitude.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts clerical role, preferably with high-volume purchase ledger invoice processing.
