Requirements:
- Supervisor/Captains working experience in the F&B industry are encouraged to apply, training & career path planning.
- Preferable working experience as a team lead/ senior service crew in the retail or F&B industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Have no issue communicating in Mandarin.
- Have no issue starting work immediately (The new store will be opening in Oct 2024)
Scopes:
- Responsible for daily operation, ensuring the quality, and standards, and meeting the customers’ expectations.
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
- Check food and beverage supplies.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors and handle customer enquiry with cares.
- Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.
- Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
- Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters to the smooth running of the outlet operations
