Company Summary:My client is a Tier 1 national organisation with an excellent reputation in the Queensland and Australian commercial market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects more than $500m+, specialising in the commercial project market.After a successful 2024, with a strong pipeline of work for 2029 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients and is now hiring a Document Controller due to growth and project wins. Defence projects – Baseline Security Clearance is ESSENTIAL to be considered for this role. Temporary role (6 weeks) with the opportunity to turn permanent.They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.Specialising in a diverse range of projects including commercial, industrial, retail, health, government, apartments, and much more. A diverse range of new build project experience is advantageous.Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 2+ years industry experience running your own projects between $10m – $150m+
- Strong tenure with previous employers.
