You will be part of the project team that identifies opportunities (changes and updates), onboarding customers, implementing systema and providing system training on site.Selection criteria;
- Previous experience in Customer Success / Customer Support role within software / SaaS
- High level of computer skills and technical understanding of SaaS and cloud services highly advantageous
- Experience working within modern CRM’s and or support ticketing systems
- Proven organisation and time management skills as you will be working across multiple projects / customers
- Self-starter who can work autonomously but still form part of the broader team
