Our Client is looking for a Part-Time Concierge for a property located in Richmond, BC.About Us: We are dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. Our luxury apartment building is known for its premium amenities, top-notch service, and prime location. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Concierge to join our team and ensure the highest level of service for our residents and guests.Job Summary: A primary purpose of Concierge is to assist the Head Concierge in providing the day-to-day operations of the property. With minimum guidance, the Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that all residents and visitors receive outstanding service. This role requires a professional, courteous, and organized individual with a strong background in hospitality or luxury residential services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests.
- Assist residents with a variety of requests, including reservations, transportation, package handling, and information about local attractions and services.
- Coordinate and manage building amenities and services, including maintenance requests, event planning, and resident communications.
- Handle resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all resident interactions and requests.
- Ensure that the concierge desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Stay informed about local events, activities, and services to provide residents with current and accurate information.
- Check building exterior and interior of building and report any anomalies.
- Monitor contractors and maintenance at building.
- Spot clean as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
