Eurointerim S.p.A. – Filiale di Milano, Società di Ricerca & Selezione del personale, per storico studio professionale cliente ricerca la seguente figura professionale da inserire per ampliamento organico:COMMERCIALISTA E REVISORE LEGALE DEI CONTIDescrizione lavoroIl Professionista ricercato gestirà un pacchetto clienti diversificato (professionisti, persone fisiche e società di capitali di medie dimensioni) occupandosi di gestire il cliente a 360 gradi: dalla supervisione della contabilità, occupandosi della Tax Compliance fino alla gestione delle richieste di attività straordinarie. In particolare dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Supervisione della contabilità e delle liquidazioni periodiche;
- Gestione dei Dichiarativi fiscali;
- Consulenza diretta a clienti su temi ordinari e straordinari;
- Gestione di problematiche in materia di diritto del lavoro e societario;
- Calcolo delle Imposte e chiusura del bilancio;
- Deposito del Bilancio Civilistico;
- Due Diligence e Revisione Legale dei conti.
Competenze RichiesteI requisiti necessari per lo svolgimento del ruolo sono:
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione maturata presso studi professionali di almeno 3 anni;
- Laurea in materie economiche;
- Abilitazione al titolo di Dottore Commercialista e Revisore Legale dei Conti;
- Ottima conoscenza della materia societaria e fiscale;
- Autonomia nella gestione dei clienti, approccio consulenziale e ottime doti relazionali.
