The course will assist in the development of the necessary critical thinking skills for critiquing and evaluating criminal justice research. Students will learn and apply the fundamentals of data analysis in criminal justice research, focusing on both descriptive and inferential statistics.Qualifications – Required: Master’s DegreeQualifications – Other: MA in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a cognate discipline (e.g. Sociology / Psychology) with a background in quantitative methods/statistics. Work experience in the field is an asset, as is prior teaching experience. (MEd / EdD will not be considered to meet the minimum educational requirement).
