Purpose of the roleSupport and deputise for the Site Manager, supervise and co-ordinate employees and sub-contractors out on site. Contribute to the production of Northstone Homes to meet the highest industry standards and customer expectations.Essential Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications required
- Experience of new build home construction sites.
- Good people and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic site Health and Safety.
- Capable of interpreting designs and drawings.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good attention to detail/quality.
Desired Skills/ Experience preferred
- Ability to work under their own initiative.
- Knowledge of NHBC Standards
- SMSTS and basic First Aid
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Commercial awareness
Duties of the role:
- Support and Deputise for Site Manager.
- Co-ordinate Sub-Contractors and Employees.
- Implement and maintian Northstone standards out on site.
- Oversee pre-inspections such as Pre-plaster/Pre-handover.
- Assist with Home Demonstrations.
- Ensuring Company Policy Compliance.
- Provide excellent aftercare
