Job DescriptionWorking Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8 AM to 5 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry (Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Experience in B2B chemical sales related job scope for at least 3-5 years is required.
- Experience in managing sale team & warehouse operations will be added advantages.
- Skill required: Microsoft Office (eg: Excel, Word & Power Point).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all operational aspects in the branch including sales, customer service, distribution operations and human resources.
- Managing the profitability of the region which include, serving existing account, developing new clients & business.
- Meet regional income goals Overseeing all operation aspects.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities, competitors update.
- Manage branch’s personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to improve efficiencies or performance of the branch.
- Reporting to upper management on monthly basis of performance.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
