- Salary: $58,709 to $63,154 (Pro-Rata) – ASO2 – Part Time 0.8 FTE / Temporary term up to 12 Months
Overview:The Admin Assistant is accountable to the Nurse Unit Manager – Metropolitan Referral Unit (MRU) in providing administrative support to the Metropolitan Referral Unit Team, including a confidential administrative assistant role to the Program Director – Nursing Director, MRU.The Admin Assistant will have a very close working relationship with the MRU Clinical team and Business Manager and will be required to liaise with relevant staff and business units on a regular basis.The Admin Assistant is responsible for:
- Providing an administrative service to the Metropolitan Referral Unit team, internal/ external stakeholders, business units and service providers.
- Assisting with enquiries, including resolving issues, and escalating to the Nurse Unit Manager or relevant area, where necessary.
- Using IT systems to provide timely and accurate processing of data entry and records management.
- Working collaboratively with the MRU team to provide an effective and efficient service.
