• Salary $88,255 – $102,240 (Pro Rata) AHP2| Multiple ongoing positions (part-time up to 0.8-1.0FTE)

Elevate Lives, Empower Futures: Join Our Occupational Therapy Team at SALHN!As a member of the Division of Rehabilitation, Aged Care and Palliative Care, the Occupational Therapist plays a crucial role in providing services at the Repat Health Precinct and relevant sites within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. This role involves Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention, discharge coordination of client services, and contribution to the reporting and quality monitoring mechanisms of Transition Services.About the role:Accountable to the Clinical Manager – Transition Services, the incumbent will contribute to the implementation and management of the Transition Services delivery model. Some of your duties may involve:

• Providing specialised clinical Occupational Therapy services to maximise occupational outcomes of inpatients with neurological, orthopaedic, surgical and medical conditions, and NDIS patients admitted to the inpatient beds of Transition Services.
• Collaborating and documenting with team members to initiate, develop, implement and evaluate therapy/activity groups.

About you:

• A degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
• Broad experience and clinical expertise in the provision of clinical Occupational Therapy services (assessment, development and provision of therapy interventions/programs) to clients with a range of disorders and disabilities.
• Experience in the supervision of Occupational Therapy staff and therapy assistants.
• Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for the provision of clinical Occupational Therapy services to a designated area as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
