With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to clients.About the role:We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Agricultural Diesel Mechanic/Workshop Manager who will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on various agricultural machinery, as well as managing the daily operations of the workshop.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee the general day to day running of the workshop
- Training apprentices
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems
- Servicing and repairing a variety of agricultural machinery
- Practice sound knowledge of workshop procedures
- Proficient with electrical and CANBUS systems
- Understanding of GPS/Guidance Systems
- Liaise with customers to schedule work loads
- Completing service reports in a timely manner
- Oversee and ensure OH&S/WHS compliance with staff and the workshop
- Inspect and sign off on vehicles which have been serviced/repaired
- Full time role | Weekend work only during busy periods
- Reporting to the business manager only

- Fully qualified as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic
- Valid Australian working rights
- Full Driver’s License
- MR and/or forklift License an advantage

- Exceptional diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
