We have an excellent opportunity available for an Adult Social Care Compliance / Inspection Lead to join our award winning Adult Social Care Team.
As the Adult Social Care Compliance / Inspection Lead, you will be the driving force behind assurance and inspection activities, ensuring Adult Social Care are adequately prepared to respond to both statutory and non-statutory requirements. You will also lead on developing best practice arrangements and manage all activities in relation to Care Quality Commission inspections of the Local Authority.
You will play a key role in developing and coordinating a robust and thorough process for self-assessment, supporting our Adult Social Care teams in evidencing our successes and identifying areas we need to develop further.

Key responsibilities:
- To lead the process of preparing the Council for the introduction of a new assurance and inspection regime across Adult Social Care functions
- To be the driving force behind assurance and inspection activities
- To lead on developing and coordinating a robust and thorough process for self-assessment
Candidate requirements:
- Have a good knowledge of Adult Social Care
