Alors ce poste risque de vous intéresser . . .Une entreprise établi depuis plus de 10 ans à Drummondville, est à la recherche d’une Adjointe administrative afin d’effectuer l’ensemble des tâches administratives.Voici un aperçu des principales tâches associées à ce poste :

  • Effectuer, principalement par courriel, les suivis des commandes et des livraisons.
  • Distribuer l’informations pertinentes auprès des équipes de travail pour assurer du bon déroulement des projets.
  • Suivre les inventaires.
  • Faire la facturation par projets-clients.
  • Enregistrer les encaissements.
  • Vérifier les bons de commandes vs les livraisons reçu.
  • Enregistrement des factures des fournisseurs.
  • Procéder à l’émission et aux envoies de paiements.
  • Transférer les documents pertinents ainsi que les heures des employés au cabinet comptable.
  • Rédiger de nouveaux documents à l’aide de Word et d’Excel.

Formation demandée

  • Formation ou expérience en comptabilité informatisée.
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, plus précisément, Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Connaissance de Onedrive et SharePoint (un atout).
  • Faire preuve d’autonomie et d’initiatives.
  • Organisés et structurée
  • Avoir de l’habileté à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois.

Conditions d’emploiConditions:

  • Poste permanent de jour.
  • Possibilité d’un horaire de 4 ou 5 jours selon l’intérêt de la personne.
  • Salaire entre 24$ à 26$/heure.
  • 4 semaines de vacances à la construction, soit 2 l’été et 2 aux fêtes + possibilité de la semaine suivante en janvier.
  • 2 congés mobiles.
  • Formation avec le logiciel comptable.
