We are seeking a passionate Senior Advisor, Aboriginal Outcomes to drive reform that directly contributes to better health, social and economic outcomes for Aboriginal people and communities through the work we do. In this role, you will provide advice to Health Infrastructure on how our teams can maximise the benefit to Aboriginal communities through the delivery of infrastructure. You’ll work across the business to ensure the delivery of projects and initiatives are culturally inclusive and respectful, fostering positive and sustainable impacts for Aboriginal outcomes.You will coordinate and facilitate the development of strategic Aboriginal policies, including Reconciliation Action Plans, to align with the strategic direction of NSW Health, Health Infrastructure, and broader government objectives. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for driving engagement and ensuring the successful implementation of these policies, making sure they lead to real-world improvements for Aboriginal people.You will work with teams to assist them to build strong, sustainable partnerships with government, non-government, community, and private sectors to amplify Aboriginal priorities. This is your chance to lead initiatives that make a tangible difference in the lives of Aboriginal people and communities across NSW.This is a full time ongoing position.
