Gault. Converti en hôtel de luxe en 2002, l’édifice compte 30 suites dans une rue paisible loin de l’agitation habituelle mais à proximité de tous les divertissements. Membre du regroupement « Preferred Hotels & Resorts », le Gault est classé parmi les meilleurs hôtels du Canada selon Traveller’s Choice/TripAdvisor.Nous recherchons un.e Agent.e polyvalent de l’expérience client pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Ce poste combine les responsabilités de la réception et du service en restaurant, offrant ainsi une expérience diversifiée et enrichissante.Description du poste
- Gérer les arrivées, départs et demandes des clients;
- Offrir un service de renseignement et de conciergerie sur les services de l’hôtel et sur les attraits touristiques;
- Apprendre à connaitre le client au travers les différentes interactions lors de son séjour;
- Offrir le service de restauration pour le déjeuner, le service aux chambres et le bar;
- Gérer les paiements et faire balancer la caisse;
- Flexibilité pour passer de la réception au service en restaurant selon les besoins;
- Assurer la satisfaction des clients et résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive;
- Suivre les politiques et procédures établies par l’hôtel Gault;
Salaire : 18.50$/ heure.Type d’emploi : TEMPS PARTIEL
- Posséder un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Connaissance du système informatique Hotello (atout);
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français) requis dû au contact avec les clients;
- Capacité à rester plusieurs heures en position debout;
- Exceller dans le service à la clientèle;
- Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et de polyvalence;
- Être autonome, très dynamique et motivé;
