However, here are some example of what you day may look like:
- Provide high-quality administrative support services to all areas of the business
- Coordinate fleet management tasks, including liaison with service providers for repairs and maintenance, record and manage accidents and liaise with insurers, update and manage fleet databases and software systems, and other associated tasks
- Assist with the compilation of pre-qualification documentation to clients
- Attend meetings, take and issue minutes
- Type, compile, and prepare the formal distribution of company documents, to include forms, presentations, meeting agendas, reports and correspondence
- Coordinate the ordering and issue of PPE equipment for sites
- Monitor stock levels and order stationary as required
- Assist various departments with the archiving of required files and record management
- Provide reception holiday cover and daily answering of overflow calls
- Organise meetings and reserve meeting rooms when necessary
- Perform daily checks and tidying of meeting rooms
- General administration tasks to include printing, filing and laminating
