- Execute IP submission cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough patent and trademark searches, analyzing results to assess patentability or registrability.
- Prepare, draft, and file patent applications, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with inventors, agents, and clients for timely preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications.
- Assist in reviewing and filing trademark applications and responding to office actions.
Legal Drafting and Due Diligence
- Work with attorneys to draft and negotiate intellectual property agreements, including licenses, confidentiality agreements, and assignments.
- Conduct due diligence and analysis of intellectual property portfolios for acquisitions or licensing deals.
- Support attorneys in intellectual property litigation by conducting legal research and preparing documents.
IP Consulting
- Assist in developing intellectual property strategies and provide strategic advice to clients to enhance their IP protection and value.
Client IP Record Monitoring
