Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share across HR payroll services, HR information systems, HR administration services, training, recruitment, and contract workforce outsourcing.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and drive lead generation activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to provide insights for long-term business growth.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored HR solutions that add value.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to pitch the companys HR services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, training, recruitment, and outsourcing divisions) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and business development techniques.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for HR payroll, HRIS, recruitment, training, and contract workforce outsourcing services.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Proposal & Contract Management

Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within HR services, training, recruitment, or outsourcing sectors.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
