La nostra piattaforma, completamente digitalizzata, offre un accesso semplice, immediato e trasparente ad un’ampia gamma di incarichi, ma anche supporto personalizzato e un follow-up costante per aiutarli a crescere professionalmente.Per Azienda Cliente, leader nel mondo dei servizi per l’estetica professionale, stiamo selezionando un/a Addetto/a al Telemarketing.La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Contattare telefonicamente potenziali clienti presenti in database tramite chiamate a freddo;
- Fissare gli appuntamenti delle Beauty Consultant nei vari centri estetici;
- Informare i clienti sul funzionamento dei macchinari per i principali trattamenti (laser, cupping, pressoterapia e radiofrequenza…);
- Compilazione reportistica interna;
- Inserimento ordini a sistema;
Orario di lavoro: Full Time 40h settimanali;
Lunedì – Venerdì 8:30 – 13:00 // 14:30 – 18:00Inserimento diretto in azienda. Retribuzione ed inquadramento verranno stabiliti in sede di colloquio conoscitivo in base alla pregressa esperienza maturata.Retribuzione e BenefitCompenso: 25.000 € – 30.000 € per anno
Benefits:200€ netti al mese di welfare aziendale;Provvigioni sui contratti conclusi telefonicamente.Prerequisiti
- Diploma di maturità;
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito call center/telemarketing;
- Buona capacità di utilizzo PC;
- Ottime doti comunicative e commerciali;
- Gestione dello stress e self contol;
- Propensione alla vendita.
