Location: Kuala LumpurJob Descriptions:
- Review of monthly closing and prepare monthly management account.
- Monitor and updating financial budget.
- Checking of payment vouchers against supporting documents.
- Checking monthly staff claims.
- Reviewing all reconciliations of accounts (stock, bank, creditor, etc.).
- Manage the company inventory, including checking stock journals and stock movement and performing reconciliation if necessary.
- Prepare daily/weekly company cash flow.
- Present the relevant documents and reports in the meetings as requested by the management from time to time.
- Compile audit schedule, liaise with internal and external auditors, and review audit reports.
- Compile tax schedule, liaise with tax agent and review tax computation.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
- Ensure proper accounting records are in accordance to MFRS and ensure proper record-keeping
- Any other duties may be assigned by the management, from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or in written instruction.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent professional certificate (ACCA, MICPA, & others)
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience and/or financial reporting experience; candidates with audit experience would be preferred.
